-BARN
Our beautifully renovated original 1820 Barn Room provides a unique setting. We have combined old & new, from the stunning, modern Edison Bulb Chandeliers to old farm machinery molds studding the walls. Here, guests may dine in luxury, while being reminded of the history & charm of the antique barn. A wall of windows offers stunning Green Mountain & sunset views.

-WINE ROOM & OUTSIDE TERRACE
*add this for groups of over 40 guests in the Barn or any size group that enjoys full privacy.
The small Wine Room and outside Terrace, with its outstanding views is a great add-on to the Barn.
It extends the Barn space and includes a private bathroom. This entire area may be enclosed for full privacy by sliding antique barn doors. 
The terrace is available only in good weather as there is no awning.

-CLOCK ROOM & BAR
The centrally located Clock Room, overlooking the terrace, complete with a cast iron ceiling clock, is reminiscent of a country cottage 
& envelopes diners in Vermont comfort. This room is considered semi private as a connecting room, and others will pass through.                                                                                                                              
When renting out the Barn for groups over 40 guests, an additional mingling space for a cocktail hour is recommended and for groups over 60 guests, this entire space will additionally be reserved for the full evening. We offer the full bar area and Clock Dining Room (set up for mingling) for either a set period of time or the entire evening.

The bar area may be closed for you for cocktails before dinner.
Should the bar be unavailable, seated cocktails & hors d’oeuvres can be provided. 

PORCH DINING ROOM 
Our large enclosed, candlelit wrap-around porch is a romantic dining area, each seat commanding a spectacular view of the Green Mountain scenery.

Daytime events allow full privacy to our groups with a departure by 3pm.

Distinctive daytime conference services allow our clients to conference in a sophisticated setting, while still allowing them to enjoy a warm atmosphere reminiscent of a Vermont retreat. 

Our conference services can handle most requests, offering the required amenities needed to create a successful conference. WiFi is available.

 

-NON-PRIVATE RESERVATIONS

Non-private reservations are available for groups of up to 18 guests.
We do our best to accommodate your desires & will keep your group together, but the exact configuration is dependent upon other reservations.
We want everyone to have a fantastic evening, including guests sharing your dining room, so speeches are not permitted in non-private spaces and we ask that guests respect those around them.

*Large, non-private groups requiring space for the entirety of the evening may have a consumption minimum. Please inquire.



RENTING ROOMS FOR PRIVACY 

In order to close rooms to the public we have a consumption minimum plus tax and 20% gratuity.
This will include anything consumed, food or alcohol.
To clarify minimums, if the minimum is not met, the remainder is considered a room fee & is subject to applicable tax and gratuity.
Should the minimum be exceeded, the client will be charged per consumption plus tax and gratuity. 

 

MENUS

We are happy to create a custom-titled, dated & printed menu to fit with your desires, dietary needs & budget.

Groups under 18 guests are able to order off our regular menu.

Typical complete menus include local bread, butter, olives, a “chef’s taste of the evening”, choice of 2 appetizers, 3 entrées, 2 desserts & organic Vermont Artisan coffee or tea selections with dessert.

*Multiple-course tasting menus & wine pairings are also available. (All guests would partake in this option.)
